Since 1999 she has been training human resources in teaching, postgraduate studies and research in art, having directed 15 undergraduate theses and six graduate theses. She has directed seven biannual research projects for ProInce SPU and has participated in many others. She was an Initiation Scholar in UNLP research 1989-1991.

Background in University Management
She participated in the elaboration and responsibility before the CoNEAU (National Commission of University Evaluation and Accreditation) of the study plans in Visual Arts (more than twenty degree courses and a dozen postgraduate courses) and academic regulations in the creation of the IUNA (current UNA).
She was a member of the Metropolitan Commission of Categorization 2004 ProInce-SPU responsible for the elaboration of Item 7 "Artistic Production" incorporated for the first time in standardized CVs.
She was Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies in IUNA's Rectorate.
She has curated and organized art exhibitions for students and teachers.
Artistic and Design Production
She worked as an illustrator and designer in the implementation of graphic advertising campaigns (Daniel Hechter, Biótica, Cotax, Chagas-MSyAS, Mecanotecnia, Fido, Amulén), institutional image of schools (JMEstrada, Colegio Patris), and designs for ceramic tiles (DisegnoDue SA), 1986 - 2008.
Since 1983, he has regularly exhibited his paintings, drawings and mosaics in national and individual exhibitions. Some of his works belong to private collections.
